Feeling groggy after getting up at 4:30 a.m. and flying to NYC.
I am always amazed at the number of business people at Panera and even more amazed at the stupid sales pitches I overhear.

Does Paris Hilton even have a soul to sell? And, assuming she does, isn’t Paris already rich enough to not need to do something like that? Yeah, that’s probably a spam message.
Getting the Obama VP text message was cool. But, being awoken by it at 3 a.m., not so much. I want Barack and Joe answering the 3 a.m. calls, not me.

This is the point at which the North American driving populace, as you know, cleaves into two camps. I’m a lineupper and will never understand the selfishness of sidezoomers. I would also be fascinated to see research on whether gender, race/ethnicity, economic status, age, and political leaning makes one more likely to be lineupper or a sidezoomer.
