The Fitbit Saga Continues

Fitbit.com continues to tell me my Fitbit is expected to ship by August 10th even though it is September 8th. So, I broke down and emailed Fitbit tonight and received this response:

“Thank you for submitting your request. Due to the Labor Day holiday in the US, our offices will be closed on Monday, September 6th. We have received your request and will respond to you as soon as possible.”

This is not the response one would hope to receive two days after Labor Day. I’m beginning to think all hope of my ever getting a Fitbit is lost. And, it’s a shame. It looks like a really great device.
